How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–7 business days after production. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package on the carrier’s website.

Customization & Design

Can I personalize a product with my own photo or text?

Absolutely! All of our products are designed to be personalized. Select the product you want, choose your design options, and add your name, photo, or message at checkout.

Can I see a preview before ordering?

Yes. Our product pages include a live design preview so you can see exactly how your custom item will look before placing your order.

Do you accept custom bulk orders?

Yes, we work with groups, businesses, and events for bulk custom orders. Contact us at inf@heart2print.com for a quote.

Products & Materials

What brands do you use for blanks?

We print on premium Bella Canvas and Gildan blanks — known for their softness, durability, and consistent sizing. Product pages specify the exact blank used.

How should I wash my printed apparel?

Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry sizes from XS to 3XL depending on the product. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing defect.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Contact us at inf@heart2print.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, we cannot make changes. Contact us immediately at inf@heart2print.com if you need to adjust your order.
